Fin - Tail rot

What I have I think is fin tail rot. Some of the fish fins/tails are almost gone and seem to be struggling to swim. I've tested the water and all is fine, gone through water changes, used maracyn 2 and melafix. The only fish to respond is an angel. All other tetras have no new growth. What else can be done?

What I have I think is fin tail rot. Some of the fish fins/tails are almost gone and seem to be struggling to swim. I've tested the water and all is fine, gone through water changes, used maracyn 2 and melafix. The only fish to respond is an angel. All other tetras have no new growth. What else can be done?

Time. Keep up with the water changes and medication and the fins will eventually re-grow, but it can take time. Some fish respond better than others.
