Fin tear on rasbora

The cause is hard to guess. Could have been in a fight, could have hit an ornament wrong... It likely isn't lethal. Inspect the other fish and this one to make sure there aer no other signs of fin damage to make sure it isn't something like fin rot. Fish can sometimes get secondary infection from such things, but not always, so just continue to monitor that fish for a while to make sure everything else about it and its behavior are okay.
