Final planning for my 55 gal. Tips, pointers, or critiques?

I read that rams do best with multiple females to one male? Otherwise the female could be "mated to death". I'm not sure as I don't have them (want them though, lol) but it seems to me you could have at least 3 rams in that footprint. Otherwise I think really nice choices!

I've heard the same thing and actually experienced a "mated to death" female, well actually the male wanted to mate.

So best case scenario I am after 1 male-3 female GBRs?

2 or 3 females but you want to make sure there is room for the "extra" females to get away from the pair

I have a decent sized piece of driftwood, and am going to locate some nice rocks (hopefully around the property) to make a bit of rockscape, and with the planting I am thinking there will be some decent hiding spots. Any particular way I should divide it up? I figure with 4 of them in a 4 foot tank I should hopefully have lots of space for separation.
