Finally a BIGGER tank!

Okay, that is fine. Then, try to get enough lighting so you can see the fish perfectly so they are bright and clear.

Here's some pictures from today. I got my ugly butt back in the tank for some more work while my wifey took some pictures of me lol.

dude, how the heck do u get in without toppling that thing

swimming pool

it would be awesome if u swim in it when its full before putting in the fish(as long as u r super clean)

or

swimming in it with the fish in it:D

that would be crazy

I don't tip it over cause it weighs about 750lbs empty.

And yes, I will go "swimming with the fishes"

Get some pics when you do that so we have proof.

How many people did it take to lift it? 750lbs when empty!!! omg..................probably 3 tons when full

It's more of a question how did you get back out lol.
Can't wait to see the final result!

Believe it or not we only had 4, but only 3 were able bodied. 2 on one side, me on the other.

I'm not even quite sure how we did it at all. Looking back I'm pretty sure I should get checked for a hernia lol

Did the math, 613.3lbs empty, not including the top brace. Stand is another 150-200lbs.
When full the whole thing should be roughly:
Tank:613.3lbs
Water:3,242lbs
Sump:294lbs
Water in sump:560.3lbs
Sand in display:650lbs
Sand in RDSB:100lbs
Rough total:5,450lbs

And that's not including pumps, powerheads, additional filters, heaters, lighting, woodwork, plumbing, bracing or tops. So basically it's gonna weigh a little more than a grilled cheese sandwich 

:jaw:Congrats, on the tank and the soon to be born baby! Any chance of getting some pics of the fish that will go in the tank?
