Finally got that salt tank...

Lots of people have orange and black ocellaris pairs and just as many mix ocellaris and percs. The fish you are waiting on looks like it is too young to have matured into a female but finding a smaller one would probably be best way to go. That or find on roughly the same size or get a large mature female to whip him into shape :).

Black+orange=mocha right?

I love my little mocha clown :)

I like the idea of a yasha/shrimp too! Just need to pack in some frags and let everything take its course and you'll have quite the tank :D

Waiting......waiting......waiting

Not my strong suit

BUT
My tank glass is covered in pods, so that's a good sign that I'm ready for fish (I think)

BUT

I do need to find a way to cool the tank, the hood fans are broken and my tank goes up ~ 4 degrees when the lights are on.

There are several threads online about improving cooling in cubes. You can by stock replacement fans but my AP fans were LOUD! I didn't have the tank long enough to swap them out but I have read computer fans are a better way to go. Quieter and also move a little more air.

There are also fan kits you can get but more money...http://www.nanotuners.com/product_info.php?products_id=376

Also if you have the Current stock pump it runs hot. Maybe swap that out for a MJ 1200.

Thanks for those mods! I'll do some reading to figure that out. My DYI fu is not too strong lol.

Called the LFS and told them idc if my pair matched and I should know by tomorrow

The large one, for now the female, is hiding and the male is out front and about. He has one white speck on his fin, I'm worried it might be Ich....I sure hope not :(

Also the leather had 3 green mushrooms on the plug, one is the size of a silver dollar!
