I tend to agree with Canuck and the algae bloom. Very good observation, the sunlit window. I have a 55 by my front door and in the spring when I keep the door open, I will get a algae bloom from the sunlight hitting the tank.

It's all cleared up now. And I'm getting a little orange in my nitrates, like it's just under five. Phew.
Thanks for the advice everyone. I think I may have put in too much cucumber for my pleco, and too much other food in general. I cleaned my filter, and the media was white with this squishy white gunk. A new piece of cucumber everyday is probably too much. Maybe once every two days?

once every two days is good, it gives the pleco time to wander around the tank and nibble on algae. start cleannig the gravel when you do your water changes to remove excess debris.
