Hello to everyone, new to the forum not to the hobby,I've had tanks since
1965.Cichlids mostly and some oddballs I have afew tanks now the largest
is a 160 gal. with 2 Penquin 350 and a cascade 1500 with a pair of
blue dempseys and a featherfin cat.Now for the problem my cascade 1500
is blowing air bubbles through the outlet I think it's a bad seal on the intake
flow valve it doesn't leak when the filter running but it will start to drip
when the power is off.Can you get parts for a cascade canister online
yea I know! ha ha but I thought i would take a shot anyway
It's not a big deal it doesn't leak when it running and it puts extra air in
the tank

welcome to ac... i wonder why out allustrious mods havnt welcomed this new member yet

Hello and Welcome to AC.

I'm not sure about parts for the canister but you could always try to contact the manufacturer or try ebay. Also if you can find another one you could always take the parts from that one and do a swap out.

Good luck as it seems to be hard finding parts for this unit. Best bet may to be to simply purchase a new unit.

I have a cascade 1500 as well. I saved all my paperwork on it. I can look when I get home if they have a number or a place to order parts from.

EDIT: You can email customer service at consumerservice@pennplax.com
