I'm his fiancee and I've been trying to help as much as I can. I gave him the tank, fish, and snail for an Easter present since he really liked watching my golfball-sized golden apple sail around the tank. None of the snails besides the blue one I got (from the same store) we're really active. I tried to pick out the most active ones I saw. He knows from my many experiences that medication is a no-no lol. He's up home right now and I'm down at college so I'm trying to talk him through things and I've been sending him links like crazy. I'll be home in about 3 weeks (after finals) and then I'll be able to do a lot more. Thanks for helping us out though. I found it so wierd that the snail would die so fast.
