I have ordered from Drs Foster and Smithand I got my filter within 3 days. I love Petsolutions, Big Als Online, Drs Foster and Smith, That fish place, and petsmart.

I think those are the best. Always remember that PetsMart does the price match thing so if you have a petsmart near you, print out what you want when you add it to the checkout on the net, pick it up at the store and give them the paper and they will change it to the cheaper price.

I also like That Fish Place too.
Drs Foster & Smith is the only one I have ordered from and they were great. I ordered the Azoo Palm Filter and a 4 pack of cartridges. I was supposed to get it in 7-10 days, but I got it 3 days later.
I order a lot of my stuff from Drs F+S, too. Although when I called them with a question (pretty simple: why are my light bulbs burning out so quickly?) the lady tried to talk me through it in very baby terms and just tried to sell me another bulb. It was obvious I was more knowledgeable than she was, and that she was reading from a manual or "script" only.
I specifically asked to speak to an aquarium tech, and she just kept talking and would ask her manager questions that she couldn't answer herself. Oh well. I guess I'll bring my specific questions to you guys from now on.
But their prices are good, customer service is friendly and 24/7.
Oh, and I just ordered a live plant pack from them on the Fourth of July. Supposed to get here in 2 days. It still hasn't come and is set to get here next Wednesday, a full 8 days from when I placed the order.
Those are my only gripes, though. I've ordered from them for over 10 years, and will probably continue doing so. But only if I know exactly what I want
