Fish dying off 1 by 1/need HELP FAST!

Fish zole is actually an antibiotic. It's Flagyl in human terms. It treats some of the toughest bacterial issues. Metronidazole. It just also happens to kick butt on parasites as well. After trying everything I could find over the counter, I looked at the sticky thread in this forum that discusses meds. It recomended Metronidazole which worked great. I'm just thinking that it could be a very good choice for covering multiple bases.

here are the pics. we do keep up with the water changes...When I said I got lazy, i mean i skipped a week here or there. nothing drastic. The PH hasn't fluctuated too badly too fast and the Nitrates although not 0 are not above 20ppm. Also, I tried all of those treatments for callmanus Star_Rider, to no avail and I think you guys are right about them killing by dying in the gut. The fish that seem okay have strings, but the others don't (maybe they can't come out?).
Also, what is OTS and wasting? I will try the bacterial meds (especially Fish Zole if can be found), but will it kill my mystery snail friend?

pics of next to die (odessa), maybe dying albino barbs, and some okay lookin guys

I would run maracyn-two and deworm them by adding med into food. I don't recomend adding anything else to the water. maracyn-two treats dropsy and I really think that's what it is. believe me, I know all about fish dying one by one and trying meds. if you want to add metronidazole to food, it's mixing into table spoon of unfrozen frozen food with 100mg of Flagyl, then return to freezer and feed after it froze again. I think I got dozes right. if the fish doesn't eat, just treat with maracyn-two and they'll start eating. maracyn-two is safe for everything
