Fish food. What do you feed your fish?

For my (4) African Knife Fish, (4) USD catfish, (2) Leopard Bushfish, and a King Tiger Pleco, I feed them:

Daily they get frozen blood worms and a small alge wafer.
Occassionally i will get some frozen brine shrimp.
Once a week they get 2 dozen feeder guppies.

SanguineApple: a couple of questions.

I have used Hikari bloodworms and brine shrimp but they seem to spoil much more quickly than San Francisco Bay products?

Why the blanched? I use canned or fresh vegetables in my home made mixtures.

I have not used the SF Bay products, but I have not had a problem with the Hikari spoiling. I'm about 4 blocks from my LFS so they move very quickly to my freezer.

Blanching or freezing was recommended to me when I first read about feeding fresh veggies. What I do now is slice the veggies thinly, and freeze them individually wrapped in saran wrap. Then every few days I'll defrost a slice in a little tank water and drop it in. For whatever reason, only my cories are interested in the veggies so I only use one slice at a time.
