fancies dont seem to do quite well in outdoor ponds so it's best to stick with shebunkins or comets, unless your pond is indoors, which in that case you can have fancies in it.
Dojo loaches do great in ponds, just be sure to have a bunch of pvc pipes near the bottom to make it feel safer.
just a note, your pond is too small for koi, so dont even think about them.
if you want comets, then i'd say about 40 max since you're going to need some major filtration and you plan on having dojos with them also.
Since i can see you're a loach lover (like me), all i can say is go crazy with the stocking! If i were you, i'd buy about 20-30 as they're happier in large groups. Like i said before have LOTS of PVC pipes near the bottom as well as a sandy substrate.
for a 1,000 gallon pond- you can stock up to 5-8 koi's of size 10 inches but of course if you have good filtration then you can up that number a little
