Okay, Iv'e had my tank set up for 7 months now and it is fully cycled. I am having a problem with some fish though. Maybe two months ago I noticed one of my guppies start swimming sideways so I did some research and came up with swim bladder. I treated it as best I could and since then she has been swimming normally. But now her back is kinda curved, almost like when she swims straight her fin points down. Yesterday I fed the fish as usual and noticed nothing out of the ordinary. Then when I checked them tonight one of the male guppies looked severely malnourished. And to top it off he was kinda thrashing his body from side to side, but he is still trying to eat. I find this very hard to believe because I feed them everyday!! I sit and feed for 2 minutes everyday. I got out the liquid tests I have and Ammonia is @ 0, nitrites are @0 and nitrates are @ about 10ppm. I did introduce some driftwood, crypts and java moss but that was a couple months ago and the other fish seem to love it. I am at a loss here and if some one can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
I do dose with excel - 1ml every 3 days
Oh and it's head is thicker than its body, if that helps.
