Yeah, It's a Juvie JD, I have two.

You can tell by the dot near the tail.

100% Jack Dempsey...looks to be a male! Definately not a Blue Acara. Blue acaras have a verticle black line through the eye as well as have blue/green lines horizontal along the face, they also have a orange lining on the fins not red. here is a pic of a blue acara for you to compare.....





You can see the lines on the face and the line through the eye! You definately have a JD in your pics.
