Hello. I hope someone out there can help me id this fish. I just aquired what the LFS called a sarasa comet. I did a little research on this and found out that they can be white with red markings or red with a white belly. Here's the catch with my fish. It's white with a lemon tinge near all fins. I've never come across this color before. Can any one shed some light on this for me? They did have one other fish with the same colors. Also there were several shabunkins in the tank as well. Could it be one of those? Any takers? Thanks in advance.

It is just likely a discolored comet. The red in goldfish sometimes fade or disappear in parts or even entirely.
As an oddball, he'll fit in perfectly. Thanks for the quick replies. I can't begin to tell you how much I've learned from all of you just by reading the posts. Thanks again.
