Fish names?

with the LOTR thing we have going...I have a male dragonscale named Smaug 
I used to name them all..now only a few get names. My kids name fish sometimes, but I'm old and forget what the names are. My daughter has a betta named King Arthur. I have an angelfish named George but may be a Georgette and a tiny dime size angel I call Stumpy. There is an albino bristlenose my great-nephew has named Shark, and a blue mystery snail named Ms. Monster. Aside from that..they are all Fish.
I had my GBR's named. The male was always courting the female and she tried to ignore him most of the time so I named them after my husband and myself. Then the male died and I have guilt that I killed off my husband.

Being a huge Star Wars fan my two Oscars are Dath Maul (Tiger Oscar) and Obi-Wan (Albino Tiger). I also have a Sailfin Pim and his name is Vader. Oh and I had a electric blue crayfish that was named, you guessed it, R2-D2.
LOL yeah that is the big spider from LOTR, i am a lotr nerd myself. My kitchen is lined with all of the toys that came out when the first movie was launched. I used to have two dragonfish one named Sarumon, The other was Sauron. Hahaha, but I name my fish too! no worries
I don't name them right away, and usually not schooling fish, but their personality or looks might earn them a moniker later. I have two fish that I swear have human faces on them.

When I bought our betta I had my son in mind and he likes red, black, and pirates. So I got a red betta, black gravel, and a pirate skull for his bowl (yes I was stupider then, hes in a 40g now so no hatin' please 
. That quickly earned him the moniker Roger. You know, after Jolly Roger .

Not creative but in one batch of platy fry, one had a deformality and basically it swims sideways. I call him sidey haha. He is now in a 10 gallon hospital tank with a lot of plants. He has survived for over two weeks and I plan to do my best to save him.

I've named my two "big" guys, aka the guys who have been with me longest and showed a strong personality, those are Oscar the golden panchax killi and Mr. Grumpyface, my angel.
