fish names

wow,bloo cheese,cute.my betta is a dark orange with a slight blue white on the very end of his fins,your bettas sound cute,the only blue one i have is lily my little girl.
 
How do you tell them apart? Especially things like neons? I give my fish names if I can distinguish them. The Julii cories are Abie and Sadie. The Agasizzi cories are Seymour and Prudence. The bronze cory is Biff.

I like to say that the four albino tiger barbs are Groucho, Harpo, Chico and Zeppo; and the three regular tiger barbs are Moe, Larry and Curly, but I really don't know which is which.

the only way i could tell my neons apart was one had a split fin(from the betta in a tank i rescued him from)one the tip of his tail missing two of them were half the size of the others and one had a lot more red. ;)
