I am thinking that I may need to move some fish between my two tanks. I have the following tank and inhabitants:

Vision 180 – 180 litres before displacement, 92 x 41 x 55 cm, internal Juwel filter:

1 Female Moonlight Gourami (~5 inches)
2 (non breeding pair) Keyhole Cichlids (~3 inches)
15 Black Phantom Tetra
6 Panda Cory
6 Julii Cory
3 Otto
Ignore - 5 Guppy (being taken to LFS, just left over fry from removed guppies)

AquaOne AR850 – 155 litres before displacement, 84 x 44 x 59 cm, wet and dry trickle filter in hood:

2 (breeding pair) Blue Ram

The reason I think I may need to do a reshuffle is that the Vision looks a bit busy, potentially overstocked? The stats are all fine 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 5-10ppm nitrate but just worried that the fish will be unhappy if there are too many packed in there.

Do you guys think the vision is overstocked and I should reshuffle? And if so what goes where?

A few issues are:
The Rams being a breeding pair, I would like them to continue spawning and possibly raise fry in community tank
The AR850 would have to be stocked slowly due to it’s current light bioload.

Here are some shots so you can get an idea of the planting, etc:
