- Thank's Lila....Stuck away from home. Actually stuck in Kuwait on business, so basically I am getting to spend my b'day miles away from my beloved, with a miserable client in a country that is dry (no booze), so as you can imagine it's gonna be a riot.....
But at least you made me smile, so thank you loads....
Thank you. I've spent the last ten or so weeks staying at the same hotel in Kuwait so we had dinner there (with a pleasant fruit juice ). After we had eaten all of the kitchen / waiting staff brought me out a cake and sang Happy Birthday !!! One of the reception girls had it flagged on the system. Nice gesture...
And I'm finished here on Wed so will go back to Dubai and celebrate with my lady...

A dry country...man that sucks.

It is kind of crazy here, it is "dry", however if you go into a super market they have all the items you would required to make some form of alcoholic beverage ie:
Fruit,
Yeast,
Sugar,
Plastic Drum's,
all next to each other in the same aisle?
