so today i looked in my tank while the lights were off and alot of this fish were either swimming slanted or sitting in one spot slanted and shaking kind of. its mostly my tetras but one of my platies too. i dont know if ive seen them doing this during the day so is it just them sleeping?

Yeah, it is them sleeping all fish do this

totally okay

no swim bladder disease doesn't happen only at night.....lol

swim bladder is way diff., you can see the fish struggling to swim, it breathes more heavilyish IME, and can't swim at all

its okay;)

better safe than sorry:)

lol, but no biggie

If there is light outside of the tank, they will sleep in a spot closest to it and/or slant towards it.

I notice this especially w/ our Tiger Barbs.

Fish tend to have the top part of the body leaning towards the light. If you see them do it again, turn on the tank lights and you will see that they will tilt upright again.
