Well, lots of changes in the fish wall. The 200gal has turned from FW to SW, the 75 has gone from BW to FW, and one tank sprung a leak. The 150 housing the asian biotope blew a seam. Due to finances, I will not be replacing it. Since everything in there was fairly small and it was lightly stocked, I moved everything over to the 75 it was next to. Now I have a leaky tank to get rid of. In its place, the 30 gallon moved up from the floor to the middle level - cleaning it was just too much of a pain, it was too low to get enough siphon pressure to vacuum well. I also moved the 40 breeder housing all the plecos into the ex-150 space as well. They fit pretty well in there, and it leaves me a lot of extra room for cleaning.
The downside is that I have a bunch of new sheetrock work to do. I filled in the hole where the 30 was, on the floor, and had to add a few pieces to properly frame out the two new tanks in the larger space. The sheetrock pieces are hung and the wood frames in place, now I just need to do the mud work and paint it so it looks nice.
The 30gal has gone to BW to house my violet goby. Originally this fish was supposed to move back to the 75, but now that its occupied due to the tank leakage, it will be in the 30 for a while. Luckily so far this fish has been growing pretty slowly, so it should be good there for a while. And, its the only thing in there so it shouldn't have much trouble getting enough food.
The 200gal is now currently housing the GSP from the 75 (its now been acclimated to full SW), and a single domino damsel. Stocking this tank has been slow going due to time constraints. I picked up a yellow-headed moray (Gymnothorax fimbriatus) which is in QT now, eating well on FT silversides. Its a small one, only about 10" right now, so I'm hoping that adding it now will keep it from destroying everything else in the tank when it gets bigger (up to about 24-30"!).
The 40 breeder is housing various groups of plecos - 6 brown/albino BN, 5 brown LF BN, and 6 P. maccus. None of them have bred in a while, but I'm hoping that once I get the talk hooked up with the auto-water change system, they'll get started again. The 40 is also housing a small green severum that will eventually go into the 150 cichlid tank, and a juvenile mississippi map turtle that will go into the pond this spring.
The other new addition is a small mantis shrimp, I believe an N. wennerae. It is in a 15gal right now, I haven't decided where this will end up for a permanent home yet. I've wanted one for a while though, so I'm excited to set up a nice little species tank for this guy, maybe even a nano-reef setup with frags from my 55gal reef.
You can also see the start of the turf scrubber I'm building for the 200gal. It was originally going to be two sided, but I don't really have enough room. It was also going to run off the overflow, but I tried that and it didn't work too well so I'm going to have to get a separate pump to run it.
