I can't see any problem with that list apart from the angel. If you definately want to go reef then watch out for angels as alot of them nip at corals.
What type of goby, wrasse and blenny are you thinking of? I have a sixspot sleeper goby which is excellent at sifting through the sand, a lawnmower blenny, excellent for keeping the algae down. I do have a cleaner wrasse which I wouldn't recommend they serve a far better purpose in their natural environment than they do in our tanks. I wasn't as well informed when I brought mine 2 years ago and I definately won't be buying another. I also have a sixline wrasse which is in absolute bully but great for getting rid of flatworm. Chromis (I have 9) are great for adding movement round the top of the tank and watching them shoal is fun. What clowns do you want. I have just 1 maroon so can't comment on pairing them. As has already been mentioned a dragonet is for way down the line when your tank is matured, but when you get there it's worth it, they're great little characters. Have you considered cardinals?
