Meeting Frank is sketchy business. It's the epitome of furtive fish deals in the corner parking lot type nonsense. Only pics I'd have would be of cops giving us dirty looks at the quiet exchange of money for bags of "stuff."

it's true. my first meeting with frank felt sketchier than scoring in washington square ever did. lol. I think it would be more fun on the boardwalk. lol. "put the money in the can, I'll leave the fish on the third bench."

but the reality is, he's a nice guy, and it's really not so sketchy.
