East.... The ugly side of Colorado
Hello Everyone!

I was advised by one of the members on here, (a long time fish hobby guy) to join this forum. As other forums I was on... Well, I'll politely say that I was called every name in the book for some of my fishkeeping practices... *LOL* Yes I have 2 55 gallons, 1 30 gallon, 1 29 gallon, 1 15 gallon, 1 5 gallon and 2 1.5 gallon tanks, all in a 37' fifth wheel travel trailer. Pretty cool huh?

I'll say that it does present it's own unique challenges, but yet it's just as rewarding. Thank you for referring me to this site, Mike!

I think it's awesome! Welcome to AC!

That is cool.

Pics please

I agree def show some pics of this bad boy!

I just posted a bunch of pics in my gallery.

The community 55 was a freebie. Someone just wanting out of the hobby. They hadn't done any cleaning to it in about 2 months. Hence the sludge and nasty stuff that is still in the substrate. I vacuum a small portion of it, once a week when I do my water change. About 30% or so. I learned the hard way that it was unwise to vacuum the whole thing, as that spiked my nitrates and nitrites through the roof.

OK. Where is your gallery? I gotta see this.

That's cool... but... (assuming it's mobile)... how do you keep from splashing water all over the place when on the move ???
Being rather fond of high-humidity environments myself, that'd make for a comfy RV!
