gali, if you're concerned about long term KH problems in your tank once it's established, check into using crushed coral to help boost your buffer capacity. My water parameters are very similar to yours and I use crushed coral (or onyx sand in some tanks) with good results. Baking soda can also be used in an established tank, but you must be more careful and be sure that you're mixing everything just right to avoid any pH swings. That's the main reason I went the crushed coral route, well maybe I'm just lazy
Without fish, I don't think you need to worry much about pH crashes and KH while your tank cycles.
