Flake or Pellets

I was told to use some garlic xtreme (Kent) for my fish. What is better pellets or flake?

garlic extreame is a liquid that you put on food to strenghthen the immune system of fish. There is both pellet and flake food that contain the garlic extract.

I feed my fish a vareity of frozen (w/ garlic) flake (spirulina) and pellets (full life spec. that has garlic) I do like the pellets that tend to sink and go all over the tank so everyone can get a pellet.

You can use either really.

If it's liquid I would use pellets. Flakes have a tendency to dissolve too quick in the first place.
