Can a the following fishes be kept in a 135 gallon?

Anomalops katoptron : 30cm
Sixline soapfish : 20cm
Gymnothorax tile: 60cm
I feel that the first 2 mentioned fishes will become dinner. Is that true? Planning this set up with or without the eel, depending on whether the eel survives.
