well were doing flea market this year ( like for the last 3 or 4 years we have ) and i was wondering do i need a permit to sell fish?? i may raise my cichlids frys ( if they have any ) and mollys and wanna sell them at the flea market so what do i need to do/have in order to do this? if i can without a permit what do i need that will help make sure the survival of the fish?

bags, net, dip/pour cup(s), some type of holding units (not saying they have to be actual fish tanks but you just can't bag them up at home and bring them and expect them to live), heaters/filters/air pumps for while you're there (i'm guessing you're supplied with electricity?) and a type of additive for the bag whether pure o2, stress coat, purigen or any other types.
i'd talk with folks who do large vendor type shows to see how they sell in that type of venue

and of course people to want to actually buy this kind of merchandise at a flea market.

well yea id bring a tank, sponge filter and a heater ( for night time ) gunna have to get a dipnpour thingy and bags from my lfs.

i dunno but this seems like kinda bad idea to me, why not sell them through a local cichlid club? i think you would get alot of people impulse buying your fish, with no idea of how to care for them.

the mollies maybe ok... but cichlids seems like a bad idea... ive seen bettas for sale like this, and even that seemed kinda wrong.
