floursecant light experts: compact flourescant versus regular flouescant

jebo makes a light that is total 260 watts, i loaded all sunshine bulbs and it comes with three switches. one for each bank of lights and one for the 4 blue leds. I got mine on ebay. I know that an expensive l;ighting system is better, but for under 200 sollars, i cant beat it. my plants love it and i like simulating morning, noon and evening, with an hour of moonlight after lights out.
