And on internet,I have read that a flowerhorn should have red color in it.But my flowerhorn is green in color.is it normal?or maybe he's of other type that's why he's like that?

Fine for now. As they grow their personalities will begin to show. Flower horns are more aggressive than Parrots; in such a small tank, there will be problems.
Add multiple caves he can easily fit in around the back and sides of the bottom of the tank....he needs to feel comfortable in the tank first with people constantly coming up to him. From the video looks like he's on the right track.
Feeding him a treat is key. Always wear a bright, solid color shirt when you approach. Soon, you won't have to give him the treat. He will see the shirt and come to you. Then, anytime you walk up, he'll come visit.
