Prazi so seems to be awesome. Go to Koivet and do some research in addition to the linked article. Goldies and Koi seem to be far more prone to Flukes, and therefore there is far more info on goldfish type sites.

I also read a lot of contradictory info about salt and flukes but I decided to give it try as it was the least harmful to the fish. I am not 100% sure I had flukes in the tank but they were flashing, a few were breathing through 1 gill and not eating. After adding the salt they began to improve almost instantly and have completely stopped flashing and closing their gills.

I will say that it does not dissolve easily at all in water, but does eventually dissolve, Also according to koivet, it does dissolve well in Formalin Malechite mix, and works well in conjunction, but honestly I am not a fan of Formalin Or malechite except for cases of absolute necessity. I put 0.1 g in a water bottle full of tank water and shook vigorously for at least ten minutes and still had floaters. I poured most of the solition into the tank while trying to keep the floating meds in the bottle then refilled and shook some more. eventually the majority of the prazi did dissolve, the rest that was still flaoting on top of the water dissolved overnight. All flashing has ceased in my guppy tank in the 3 days since adding prazi. In my q-tank where the worst two fish were put, I have no more flacshing, but the fish still aren't acting normal at all. I am watching for secondary infections, or some other sign of an issue. at present.

Like you I am not 100% sure flukes were the issue. Ich is out, Velvet doesn't fit the description, everything pointed to gill flukes and since Prazi was so highly reccomended I thought I'd try it.

These same fish went through a previous ICH treatment when they were new, no new additions in about 9 months. So essentially whatever they had (which I'm pretty sure was Flukes) did survive the salt treatment. As the improvement was so rapid with the prazi, I am fairly convinced that flukes were the case, but would be icorrect to say that I am 100% sure. I did not put them through a high concentration salt dip as is sometimes reccomended for flukes. Only the 2 tsp per gallon for a little over two weeks. I am not real big on the saltwater dip idea. I used it back in the days of ignorance, but don't know that it ever really helped me with anything.

Ill get Droncit tommorow and follow Daves advice i hoep this works he been ill for somw time now, o yea btw jason knows but you may not that my heater is a pile of ****, 300watt and it can get over 28C, i just ordered a brand new visi therm and when it comes ill hopefully get up around 30C.

I thought flukes were omnipresent on fish and just "bloomed" when the time/conditions were right?
 
No, that is a myth just the same as the "ich is always in the tank " myth. Flukes are parasites, and can't go airborn nor do they survive chlorine used for water treatment. so once thay are dead they will remain so unless re-introduced.
