Fluval 405 Spraybar for aeration

I use the spray bars off my cascade canisters on my fluval 404's only thing I did was drill 5 of the spray bars holes larger and left some original size to make the spray a little bit less forceful and it works fine for me.
I just read this thread and I agree with your own observations. I have the spraybar at one end and the outflow thingy at the other end on different fluval's. I like them both and I really like the fact that circulation from top to bottom is flowing.
