FM color

As you guys know, I work with Firemouths. These pics show the intense coloration of the fry while simultaneously being compared in size to swordstails. The colors are the best yet for fish this size. I can't wait to see these guys in the 180g when I transfer them in late May.

what are you feeding? i have a pair that are about 1.5" that have <i>almost</i> that much color, but i know they could be more colorful.

Cool! They are as colorful as my adult wild-caught male.

These are pics of the adults from generation 4 that I just sold. Notice how much blue is in the spangling of the scales and how much red is in the belly. Also note how dark the red is and how much is in the fins. The fin ray extensions are also very nice because of selective breeding.

Very nice! Here's mine, in case you are interested. He is brighter than the pic shows, but looks washed-out because of the flash.

Auto levels in the PS menu will remove the glare...

He is very nice.
My wild caught fish have some nice color but pale to the other fish that i have been breeding. I will try to post some pics to show the differences when I get a chance.

PS= Photoshop? I'm afraid that is way out of my budget, lol. Your edit makes my pic look so much better. That's what my FM really looks like.
