Food for House Geckgo

i would love to know what else i could feed them besides waxworms.i don't really want to do crickets as they are loud and annoying.Any advice would be appreciated.

they like roaches, if thats any better. they call them house geckos cus people set them free in ther houses as pest controllers. thats why i can catch them here, in florida, when ther from asia

Wax worms are not good as a primary diet for any animal that I know of. They should just be used as treats and for fattening up sick or skinny animals. They are high in fat and are pretty much equivalent to junk food. I'd really try to get some crickets. Only the large winged adult crickets chirp and seeing how this is a tiny house gecko you can go with small to medium crickets.

oh ok i have only been feeding wax worms.will try to get some small crickets.i saw one of my wax worms hatched to a moth and he ate it lol

Yeah, one of my previous cresties would go crazy over wax moths.

Small crickets are silent, the adults are the noise makers. remember to get crickets small enough that they'll fit in the gecko's mouth.

is there anything in the petco fridge that they would like?i have seen waxworms of course and earthworms but what else is there that they can eat?

Mealworms are an option, but there is currently a shortage of them due to some issues with the main suppliers.

i got some crickets and they gobbled them down.i don't think these are going to last.

My leopard gecko eats them faster than I can put them in there.
