Jill, all I used to feed was Hikari....I personally think I have better growth and color from Ken's foods. The prices are great as well.

My Oscars refused to eat anything other than Hikari Gold. I ordered some Cichlid premium from Kens and mixed with the little bit of Hikari I had left. The Oscar went for Kens pellets and the Pleco went for the Hikari
I'm using as one of the foods for my mbuna and multies, the spirulina flakes with garlic and paprika. They really love it!

Yeah, it sounds so great to me, that even I have felt tempted to eat a few of those flakes with garlic and paprika; with a cold one to go with it. :evil_lol:

FYI, I ordered several varieties of Ken's Fish Food this morning
