For those who live in WA.

bah. they're all ugly. morons can't design a good quarter........i hate this state.
 
The last one made me giggle. Of the three I like the second one best.
 
I shall not vote As I don't live in Washington, but Design #2 is pretty nice IMHO. Beats a space dude floating around (See Ohio Quarter) .

If I were disigning, I'd take design #2 and swap the trout for the Salmon from design #1. Really a minor thing,, but I think the Salmon is a tougher looking fish with the curved jaws.

When I visited Washington state, I remember watching the 'news' on the hotel TV and the weather came on and they kept referring to "sun breaks".. I had to give that phrase some thought as I have never heard it before.

I think instead of "evergreen state", it should be called "sunbreak state."

Sun Breaks = Partly Cloudy

Its not letting me vote so maybe later. I like the 2nd 1. Which BTW that is a salmon not a trout. The 1 in the 1st pic is how they looks after they go upstream to spawn and the 2nd pic is how they look for almost all of their life. Just so you know.
 
fballguy is right. salmon normally look like the one in the #2 design. then when they go to spawn and are on their last legs before dying, they look like #1.

washington is known for salmon, not trout.
 
I think I voted for #1, but I don't remember, it was a toss up between 1 and 2. I didn't like them all that well either, but the way this state, they probably chose the worst artists so that they could get a job doing something. (Don't get me started on all the awfull art on state government buildings that we have now because the the starving artist law.)
