I need to add a couple of plants to the foreground. I have a Jr Pleco in the tank (he was there before it became a planted tank). Suggestions?

That's a good amount of light. Depending on the age of the bulbs and temperature, HC is always a nice foreground. The pleco might be a problem because it can take some time for HC to root.
With that much light, I assume you have co2. If so, I suggest E. tenellus or Blxya japonica. Both are very nice foregroudn plants for tall tanks and root fairly quickly so they won't be dug up by the pleco.

Thanks JMhart - I'm diggin' both the Echinodorus tenellus and the Blyxa japonica - looks like both would be good additions to the tank. Forgive my rookie question - what is HC?
