The contact button's working just fine, it's just a regular mailto link. But anyways, his email is customerservice (at) franksaquarium.com

I click it and it doesn't do anything. Does it require outlook?

It requires a email client - Outlook, Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc. Clicking it basically makes the email client compose a new email to that address.
