holy cow! a black pacu! I guess someone didn't want it anymore. i'm not surprised, those things max out at a meter long! 
*sigh*
Another sad case of someone who thought it would be better to release fish into our systems than kill them (or aquatic invert, or aquatic plant, whatever).
GRRRR.
About the reward...anyone wanna take a road trip to TX for fishin'???!
I used to work in an invasive aquatics lab (I personally worked on zebra mussels)...the fish people went out to check to see what was in the RioGrande...and they brought back the largest pleco's I've ever seen. There was a large, breeding popluation in the Rio Grande, and b/c they dig into banks to have young, they were destroying the levees. TX, FL, and La have TONS of introduced breeding populations of tropical fish. Sad, really.

Ugh...I saw this video earlier today. It's just another example of what happens to the unwanted fish of the world who were sold to uninformed customers.
