I am in Chicago and have had African Cichlids for the past three years but need to relocate to Alabama. So, if you are interested and can make me believe that you can actually care for them, you can have them for free, including equipment and tanks (before you get real excited, my stand are homemade and tanks don't have lids.. a 55 and a 100). I can provide pics if interested. The Africans are very territorial. I have been forced to insert dividers into the tanks. Also, they do better in a high ph system.
