My roommate has been working in a lab on campus that's been doing research with guppies for the last couple years. The lab will be closing in a bit over a week, and they've got at least a couple hundred guppies that would like to be put to some task more useful than just death (this includes becoming feeder fish). There are both fancy and nonfancy guppies available. I'll probably take some to be decorative, myself...
