i'm a little angry about this.

but i dont know what to do about it.
 
You certainly can't be angry over this. It's not like you paid them money.

Maybe they'll send them out once the surveying is over.

We didnt pay them, but we took time from our busy day to fill out the survey. Time is money.

I'm not saying I'm upset, personally I can wait another year for it for all I care.

When a company like that makes such an offer, its usually in their best interest to follow through. Atleast companies that value their customers should.
 
when i say i'm angry i dont mean i'm sitting at home crying over it. i just think that a company that makes a commitment should follow through on that commitment. and i get aggravated when they dont.

They havent backed out. They could've come up with several BS excuses why not to send out the kits and they didnt. They explained the situation to me (us) and are handling it as best they can. All we can do is be patient and cooperative just like they are.

I'd give it another 6-8 weeks. Then if no ones gotten their kits by then, then you or someone else can contact them and ask what the status of the deliveries is.

In the mean time... work on a puzzle or something lol.
 
oh, sorry, i never saw where you had heard back from them.
if that's the case then that's fine.

i do wish they had a better way of communicating though.
