About the puffers (there are two females), they leave everyone alone but eachother. One is super docile and she gets picked on majorly by the mean one. They used to get along when I had the male in there, but he died in a freak siphoning accident (I literally cried...I felt so bad, I didn't even see him). Now she decided she's boss and pushes the nice one around, although every now and then the nice one will have enough and nip back. I am going to plant more densely and see if that helps, if not I dunno what to do with Miss Meany. Don't get me wrong, the nice one is fine as far as she doesn't seem stressed and is not shredded to pieces. Maybe it's normal behavior and it doesn't get to her (she's my fav though, poor baby).
Anyhow, what Kyohti said is right. And dwarf puffers are not much like their larger cousins. They are freshwater fish, and tho they are cranky at times they're not too terribly aggressive as long as they are well fed it seems. I've found when using live food they tame down like guppies! They don't need snails like other puffers but do enjoy hunting them down and it's so fun to watch.

Here's one of my scarlet badis next to a cherry shrimp just to give an idea of their size. (my cherry red shrimp aren't very cherry red, kind of a see through orange really)
That cherry looks a little pregnant to me...

I wish that cherry shrimp were pregnant. I only have two and apparently they are of the same sex...no pregnancies. :-(
