Not that I want to take away from Lupin's post, but today is really the last straw for me.
I play football.
It's required that all football players have 1st period weight training.
The locker room is right next to the weight room, so I get there early, dress out, and get out and wait, talk to friends, all that good stuff.
I left some beef jerky in my bag to eat after I worked out, it was nearly full.
When I got back, the jerky was gone (it was an 8 dollar bag of jerky so I am seriously p*ssed)
I had clothes on top of my bag, so you'd have to dig in my locker to find it.
This isn't the first time this has happened.
A few months ago I had my wallet stolen, I literally left it for 15 seconds to go use the bathroom, when I came back it was gone.
Cd player, money, a NECKLACE (pooka shell from the Caribbean, very sentimental - who the heck steals a cheap looking necklace?), shorts, shirts, SHOES (two pairs, and one was SUPER crappy), socks, pads, just about anything you can think of, I've had stolen.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not the only one. Everyone gets stuff stolen from them. I just haven't learned my lesson yet (well, now I have)
I want to find the jerks who have been stealing from me.
I'm going along the lines of having some tasty little treat in my bag (jerky, candy, whatever) and having it soaked in something that will make them crap their pants the rest of the day, or get them sick, not enough to kill them, just sick enough to where I know who did it.
Not 'have to go to the hospital' sick either. These guys are my team mates, and I'd never steal from them, but I don't want them to hurt too bad, just to teach them a lesson, and to know who my thieving 'friends' are.
Another idea is to smear some type of ink on the inside of the lip of the bag so you can tell who opened it or something like that.
Any ideas on what I can do to catch the little idiots?
And no, nobody hates me, or anything, everyone likes me, or at least they act like it.
