The Frogspawn is an aggressive coral. Recently I observed a mushroom near it appearing damaged in the morning. So I moved it, now it appears to be attacking an anemone!

I didn't imagine aggressive corals would bother anemone's. Anyone else seen such an event?

Regretfully, yes, aggressive corals can damage anenomes--and anenomes can damage corals of all levels. Frogspawns have some incredibly long sweeper tentacles, so can be tough to isolate enough that they can't get to your other animals. I'd move it soon--if the anenome decides the frogspawn is a threat, it may fight back, and you could lose them both.

if you put your hand by them... there are lots that will make you cringe.
