Hi everyone.

I am from WI which happens to be the best state ever not to step on anyone's toes but I really love the state. Though the winter never seems to end it just gives more time to enjoy our hobby.

Currently I do not have an aquarium as I gave my 55 to my brother as I was entering the Navy. Well I got a medical discharge and now I am back home with no tanks but at least I can have fish tanks now.

I had african cichlids in my 55 before I gave it to my brother. He has retained a few of the cichlids but he is transitioning it over to a Native Fish tank. Though it will only be for younger fish as he is getting hooked big time in the hobby like myself.

I can't get a tank until my wife and I find an apartment but I think we will have found one here in the next couple of weeks. It seriously sucks living with your in-laws. They are nice people but your freedom is severely limited.

Now as soon as we find an apartment I will be looking to scoop up one of the tanks that are up for sale on the boards here. Probably a 55 to start myself up again or if there is a killer deal on something bigger I will go for it but I need something to hold me over for a little while.

I was still at RTC when I got discharged but I was going to go to Groton which I heard was great.

The dells are pretty **** sweet actually.

I am stuck in a little town about an hour from any large town. So I think I am going to have a pretty hard time trying to find some Peacock Bass as I am pretty leery about online vendors. It is part of the reason why I am leaning towards some Largemouths instead.
 
Where in the state are you? I think some one in the cities has peacocks for sale. It might be worth a trip over there if you can swing it.

I check out their forums every now and then. I sure wish they were a little closer... they really seem to have a lot of knowlegable people.
