fronts eat fish in the wild and they are good at it, i feed mine a variety of food stuffs, (flakes- cichlid and spirulina) (pellets- 3 kinds) (frozens- brine w/spirulina, mysis, bloodworms) (lives- brine, gambusia fry) i feed twice a day and i alternate between feedings on the occasion i will feed raw shrimp in small pieces like tiger shrimp for human consumption
Fronts gorge on Cyprichromis leptosoma in the wild...which would be a very expensive diet! Pittbull gave some very good suggestions. A variety of foods is key.
