frozen bloodworms

can i feed only frozen foods. bloodworms and brine shrimp? im told pellet foods r like mcdonalds, bad for health.....

I wouldn't feed just frozens, as most are meaty. i.e - Bloodworms, brine shrimp, white mosquito larve, krill...etc. Mix it up with flakes, pellets, vegetables and the like for a well balanced diet.

Pellets are great just make sure there the ones for your fish and they are the right size so they don't choke on them .
