My 8 baby fry look so cute, and they grow each day. They all are almost a transparent color now, with little black eyes. When does the color develop in the males? The one that impregnated this female had a flame red tale. Does this mean all male offspring will have the same color strain as the father, or different?

These are guppy fry? Getting their colour will depend. Blacks and other dark colours show up first. Reds and yellows take much longer. Colour combinations will depend on both the mother and father.
The physical characteristics of the fry will also have a lot to do with what their grandparents, great granparents etc. looked like. Two red-tailed guppies will not always have fry with only red tails. Just as in humans, characteristics may skip generations.
