I'm not familiar at all with these but saw them at a lfs yesterday and they looked great. however they wanted $15 a pair. Will they work in a community tank? they seem so small that they would get eaten by gouramis? i also have tetras and cories in the tank. thanks for the input.

Endler's community tank capatibility, and breeding are very much like guppies (it's debatable if they are an actual relative, or a separate species). I'm sure the goruamis will coexist with the adult Endlers in a large tank, but the fry may get eatened. Tetras and cories are perfectly fine, as I kept them with them before (specificially, cardinals, neons, peppered cories).

They are a neat little fish, and very fun to watch since they are so active.

I just got mine today. They are so cute, more so than any of the pictures on the web I found. Can't wait to they get comfortable and really start to mingle with my Corys and Cardinals. John N. is a pleasure to deal with to anyone interested in these fish.

Yay, my tank finally finished cycling! Ammonia and Nitrites both at zero, and the plants are starting to look happier. I believe I am actually ready to add some fish. PM sent!

If I wanted 5 of them would that be ok?

As bad as this may sound, I'll get some when my betta passes away. They are beautiful looking!
